the caramel thing is based off of a fan theory/idea that this image i believe is spawned from.Image depicts Twitter user CapainEqD saying "Looks like Caramel's transition went well <3" above the image of three similar looking ponies from the show My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic, each with a different season marker above them. Season 1 is above a bigger stallion akin to Big Macintosh, Season Two is above a more generic stallion, and Season 3 is above a somewhat generic mare. All of them have Brown Hair/Manes, Golden Yellow/Caramel Skin/Coats, and Three Blue Horseshoes for a cutie mark.
