I am a weirdo that has really only played a few weird ones (the metroidvania, the mystery dungeon, a horizontal-scrolling one on Switch). I should probably get around to picking a real one to play.... I wish the mainline games were available for something like Switch at least. Or if fans could port them to homebrew 3DS that would be so rad
