All that's happened now is you are now acutely aware of the second-person narrator constantly changing voices and dictation, which is seemingly in control of your every move.
You begin to pity the person you were 30 seconds ago, because in all honesty, you think this is pretty damn strange.
You can feel the existentialistic dread of the situation creeping into the peripherals of your mind for a moment, but as with any dread of the existential variety, you choose to ignore it for now. If you don't think about it, it can't hurt you.
