Has anyone heard any recent activity of the Shadow Wizard Money Gang in the Lower Arcanum Districts? I've been needing to retrieve the scrolls I ordered from Bilbous The Wise the other day but he just Sending spell'd me a delay due to SWMG activity in the area.

If anyone can confirm that they are active in the area, I would be highly appreciative of thy aid.
