Hi, fellow writers! I've always been sort of a distant fan of the craft, but relatively recently I got on Adderall and actually finished writing a book for the first time in my life. It's novelette-length, a pulpy action-fantasy. It was mostly an excuse to imagine fun fight choreography with unconventional props. But I'm really proud of it, and it felt good to make. Here's my elevator pitch:

Milo has the perfect plan to skip every commute on Earth. All he has to do is turn his own soul into a portal door! Well... he gets the door part right, but he doesn't really nail the portal thing. Now he's packing just his regular wooden door to every wizard street fight.
