ive been meaning to get into pynchon cause he seems like a cool cat (and cause im looking forward to One Battle After Another--if that's not a pynchon adaptation, feel free to tar and feather me).

theres a couple books sitting unread on my night table... Grapes of Wrath is there, so is The Pale King. recently, i did finish reading Kris Bertin's Bad Things Happen. it's a collection of short stories by kris bertin, about people who are in transitory phases of their lives. they are usually working shitty jobs, which really speaks to me right now. plus he's canadian!
