You are greeted by a diminutive carapacian dignitary who immediately begins showing you his VAST MUNICIPAL DOMAIN, which consists primarily of a ramshackle metropolis constructed from discarded aluminum cans. He gestures enthusiastically at various civic landmarks while adjusting his MAYORAL SASH, a garment which clearly denotes his democratically elected status despite the fact that his constituency appears to be entirely comprised of additional cans.

The Mayor indicates through a series of urgent hand motions that you should APPRECIATE the sophisticated urban planning that went into arranging these empty Tab containers, and you find yourself nodding solemnly as he points out the location of what is obviously the town's most important governmental building, which is somehow even MORE can-based than everything else. His dedication to representative democracy would be inspiring if it weren't so aggressively directed at inanimate recyclables.
